OCC Wires

Ohno Continuous Casting Process (OCC) is a process patented by Professor Ohno of the Chiba Institute of Technology in Japan.

This technology uses a different cooling technique to produce the pure single crystallized copper. The finalized OCC pure copper product has 6N purity 99.9999%.

The characteristics of OCC are unidirectional, free from impurity, flexible, fatigue-resistant, corrosive-resistant, low electric resistance, non-crystal boundaries, rapid transmission, perfect structure.

Many branded hi-end cables are use this exact OCC process. We offer the below types of Ultra Pure OCC (UP-OCC) cables.
